David Schach, President

David Schach founded X-Squared On-Demand LLC in an effort to deliver the full-range of Salesforce.com capabilities in a low-cost, high-value package designed to facilitate business process execution and reporting while streamlining the end-user experience. His primary goal is creating a system that will provide both high value and high user adoption. David worked as the Salesforce System Administrator at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange before becoming System Administrator, Data Consultant, and Sales Engineer at Model Metrics, a Salesforce.com implementation partner. He was responsible for designing Salesforce.com architectures and for teaching consultants to use the newest technologies available. David’s project history includes implementations and optimizations for Honeywell, Tribune Company, the Chicago Mercantile Exchange/Chicago Board of Trade merger, Advanced Equities Financial Corp, Kimball International, InfoUSA, Walgreens, Tripp Lite, Orbitz, MAN Roland, Lodgeworks, Initiate Systems, BouMatic, and Blue Shield of California. After achieving a Level 2 Consultant Authorization, David received the first ever Salesforce.com Product Competency Authorization, for Sales Force Automation. He followed this with competencies in Partner Relationship Management, Salesforce Mobile, and Service & Support—the only consultant to hold five competencies. David has an undergraduate degree in Biomedical Engineering from Columbia University in the City of New York, and is pursuing a Master of Medical Informatics degree at Northwestern University.
