David Schach, President

David Schach founded X-Squared On-Demand LLC in an effort to deliver the full-range of Salesforce CRM and Force.com capabilities in a low-cost, high-value package designed to facilitate business process execution and reporting while streamlining the end-user experience. His primary goal is creating a system that will provide both high value and high user adoption. David worked as a Salesforce System Administrator at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange before becoming System Administrator, Data Consultant, and Sales Engineer at Model Metrics, now a salesforce.com company. He was responsible for designing Salesforce project architecture and for teaching consultants to use the newest technologies available. David’s project history includes implementations and optimizations for some of the largest – and smallest – companies in the United States, Canada, and Australia. After achieving a Level 2 Consultant Authorization, David received the first ever Salesforce Product Competency Authorization, for Sales Force Automation. He followed this with competencies in Partner Relationship Management, Salesforce Mobile, and Service & Support—the only consultant to hold all five competencies. He was one of the first people ever to hold both the Advanced Administrator and Advanced Developer certifications. David has an undergraduate degree in Biomedical Engineering from Columbia University in the City of New York and a Master of Medical Informatics degree from Northwestern University.
